Specialized Driver Overview

Pay that performs for specialists. Earn 61-63CPM base pay based on experience, with average weekly earnings of $1,903 and top performers bringing home up to $2,168 per week.*
Get paid to get started. Earn a $2,000 hiring bonus plus $1,000 orientation pay on your first dispatch, with an all-expenses-paid orientation at a luxury hotel in Roseville or Appling, GA.
Pay that adds up beyond the mile. Earn $75 setup pay per load and $30 per stop after the first, on top of average weekly miles of 2,400+.
Freight built for specialists. Haul ATVs and other recreational vehicles on custom decking trailers, running familiar specialized routes that reward experienced drivers with bigger paychecks.
Miles that keep the checks coming. Run strong weekly miles on a specialized freight network built to keep steady, well-paying loads coming your way.
Modern trucks made for comfort. Drive Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks averaging 16 months old, equipped with refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
