Maintenance Technician

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a Printing and Packaging client in the manufacturing industry located in Maumee, OH. The Maintenance Tech will ensure that equipment and machinery are working at optimal efficiency to produce and manufacture products safely and on time. This position will perform electrical, mechanical, and pipefitting duties which involve replacing, repairing, and cleaning equipment and/or component parts. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation of $25-$29 per hour as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

1st Shift: Monday- Friday 7:00 am- 5:00 pm (OT on Fridays-mandatory when available)

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Tech:

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Repair all production equipment as needed.
• Update equipment, machinery, and tools as needed.
• Comply with GMP, safety, OSHA, and audit standards.

Required Qualifications of the Maintenance Tech:

• Experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
• Previous mechanic or machine maintenance experience in manufacturing or production.
• Proven track record of effective problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills.
