Join Our Team as a Family Medicine Physician

We are looking for a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our primary care team at our clinic located in Midway. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a flourishing practice that features various on-site specialties and a highly skilled, long-standing support staff.

Practice Overview:

• Join a primary care team consisting of 12 providers.
• Access to over 7 specialists available on-site.
• Average patient interactions range from 18 to 22 per day.
• 34 hours of patient contact each week.
• On-call frequency is 1:18, with low-intensity calls managed through phone consultations and first-tier nurse triage.
• As a member of our Accountable Care Organization (ACO), you will work within a collaborative, team-oriented framework that emphasizes quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management.
• Positions available: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) with a flexible schedule.
• Utilize a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC).

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
• Board Certified or Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association.
• Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a Minnesota Board of Medical Practice License.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain DEA certification for the state of Minnesota.
• Meet the necessary criteria for Credentialing and Privileges.
