Job Title: Compounding Pharmacist
Pay: $140,000 - $160,000 annually plus performance bonuses
Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Start Date: Flexible, but some urgency

As a Compounding Pharmacist , you'll play a critical role in formulating patient-specific medications, ensuring top-tier quality, compliance, and clinical support. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to support the growth of a facility that's expanding its compounding capacity and operational capabilities. What You'll Do

• Formulate and prepare non-sterile and sterile compounded medications accurately and safely, based on patient prescriptions from healthcare providers.
• Maintain strict adherence to state and USP regulations, including USP <795> , <797> , and <800> , ensuring compliance across all processes and documentation.
• Perform thorough final verification of compounded products, checking calculations, ingredient quality, expiration dates, and labeling to ensure safety and accuracy before dispensing.
• Supervise, train, and mentor pharmacy technicians and staff, fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment.
• Manage compounding logs, formulation records, and chemical inventories, while engaging in continuous quality improvement and environmental monitoring.
• Serve as a clinical resource by consulting with physicians and counseling patients on medication therapy, proper use, and safety of compounded medications.

What You'll Bring

• Active Florida Pharmacist License.
• 5+ years of experience in compounding pharmacy, ideally in a 503(a) setting; clinical experience is a plus.
• Leadership and management skills, with experience supervising staff.
• Multiple state licenses are preferred.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Comfort working in a startup environment with evolving processes and responsibilities.
