TM Academy Fellow in Pharmacokinetic Sciences

TM Academy Fellow – Pharmacokinetic Sciences (Contractor) Location: Onsite – Cambridge, MA Contract Length: 24 months (starting August 2026) Program Format: First 4–6 weeks onsite 5 days per week, then hybrid up to 3 days per week based on business needs. Program Overview Non‑clinical training and hands‑on experience in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, ADME and Clinical Pharmacology. Participants work alongside a clinical pharmacologist and contribute to interdisciplinary R&D teams across therapeutic areas such as Biologics, Antibody‑Drug Conjugates, Cell and Gene Therapy, and xRNA. In addition to regular training, students will undertake a deep‑dive project in a chosen PKS focus area aligned with personal interests and available opportunities. Key Responsibilities Assist interdisciplinary R&D teams throughout the drug development lifecycle. Apply PK/PD/ADME/clinical pharmacology principles to support research, development, and clinical decisions. Contribute to projects across multiple modalities (Biologics, ADCs, Cell & Gene Therapy, xRNA). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior scientists. Implement and analyze pharmacokinetic studies, modeling, and simulations. Present findings and insights to stakeholders. Training & Development Progressive, blended learning experience covering conceptual, theoretical, and experiential techniques. Hands‑on training with a clinical pharmacologist mentor. Weekly onboarding and skill‑building sessions. Opportunities to apply knowledge to real‑world projects. Deep dive into a PKS focus area within a therapeutic area or modality. Candidate Profile Recent graduate (within 2 years) – BSc, MSc, PharmD or PhD in pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences, clinical pharmacology or a related biologic background. Career changers or relaunchers with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong interest in clinical research. Business‑level English proficiency – oral & written. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple priorities. Proficient Office IT skills. Compensation & Benefits Pay Rates: Recent graduates: $33.80/hr (Year 1) – $36.44/hr (Year 2). PhD or career‑changer relauncher: $37.50/hr – $40.14/hr.
