Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; experience in an emergency room setting for at least one year within the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing and professional certification in emergency nursing or related specialties.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform clinical assessments, develop and revise individualized care plans, execute direct patient care, evaluate patient responses, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in unit or facility improvement activities. The role involves interaction with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary team members, including supervision of staff when applicable.
