We're hiring overworked, unappreciated, underpaid automotive technicians!

We're a busy and growing multi-location independent automotive service center business based in Fredericksburg, and we're looking for great technicians to add to our winning team. Health and dental insurance, as well as short and long-term disability and life insurance, available, bonuses too! Guaranteed pay for 90 days, so you have time to learn our systems. This is not an entry-level position, and VSI, or the ability to get it, is pretty much a requirement too.

This isn't a big deal to some people; they just want a great place to call their forever home - but we do have up to a $5,000 signing bonus available. Amount and terms depend on experience and performance; to be discussed upon offer of employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 56 per week

technician: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)

VA state inspector or emission inspector license (Preferred)
