Family Practice Slingerlands Lpn OpportunityOur Family Practice Slingerlands office is looking for a Full Time LPN to join their team!This is a 40 hour week. The hours are: Monday - Thursday 7:45AM - 4:15PM, Friday 6:45AM - 3:15PM**This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!**Responsibilities:Administer and record vaccines.Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.Maintain timely patient flow.Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)Process patient prescriptions.Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.If you are interested in this opportunity and have the desired qualifications, please Apply Now!Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hourCCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
