Business Analyst III - Contact Center (11410)

Primary Responsibilities

- Analyzing and prioritizing production issues with Business partners

- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners and other teams within the organization

- Create and maintain meeting minutes, meeting schedules, and updates.

- Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results

- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process

- Identify improvement opportunities

- Serve as a liaison between business partners and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations

Qualifications

- 7-8 years of experience as a business analyst

- Airline domain knowledge is nice to have

- Proven analytical abilities

- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with other teams within the organization

- 2-3 years of experience in applications support or production environment is nice to have
