Crisis Intervention Counselor
Hope's Door (Texas)
Hopes Door is seeking a Shelter Crisis Advocate to support callers on the 24-hour Crisis Line and assist residents in Garland and Plano shelters. The role focuses on safety, empowerment, and mental health through advocacy, crisis intervention, and confidential client support. The position requires flexibility for shifts at either shelter location, occasional weekends and holidays, and a valid Texas driver’s license for travel between sites.
