This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisors serve as coaches to our customers. They drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with their product. As a Customer Accounts Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to bring them one step closer to ownership of their merchandise.
