Key Responsibilities: Keep cases moving forward by tracking requests, following up on outstanding records, verifying information is complete and accurate, and maintaining organized case documentation. Key point of contact with medical providers Builds positive relationships and helps ensure case teams have the information needed to evaluate, negotiate, and resolve cases efficiently Ideal Candidate: Motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally.
