Full-Time & Part-Time Therapist Locations: Arlington, Auburn, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Easton, Framingham, Groton, Hopkinton, Lexington, Lynnfield, Mansfield, Medford, Medfield, Milford, Newton, Needham, North Andover, Northborough, Norwell, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Raynham, Stoneham, Waltham, Wellesley, Weymouth, Woburn. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office. Responsibilities Provide outpatient therapy services in-person and via telehealth. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR. Participate in weekly case consultations. Engage in peer consultation and supervision (LCSW/LICSW, MHC/LMHC). Adhere to company policies and quality standards. Compensation Annual compensation potential: $75,000-100,000 , paid on a W2 basis. Benefits Above average W2 compensation package. Sign-on bonus.
