$19/hr + Bonus + Commission Opportunities.

Sparkle Express Car Wash is hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to join our leadership development program.

This role is designed for motivated leaders who want to grow into General Manager positions while gaining hands-on experience running a fast-paced operation.

If you have management or team leadership experience and enjoy driving results , this is a great opportunity to build your career.

What You'll Do:

As a Manager in Training, you'll gain experience managing daily operations and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include:

Leading a team of 8–14 team members during daily operations.
Coaching staff to improve performance and customer service.
Monitoring sales performance and production targets.
Managing schedules and labor efficiency.
Supporting hiring and onboarding of new employees.
Overseeing cash handling and operational procedures.
Maintaining site standards and resolving operational issues.

What We're Looking For:

Ideal candidates will have:

Previous management or leadership experience.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Experience in retail, restaurant, or high-volume operations.
Comfort working with sales targets and performance metrics.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Open availability and a strong work ethic.
Car wash experience is helpful but not required .

Pay & Benefits:

$19/hour base pay.
