Electrical Systems Engineer

Saxon Aerospace is seeking an experienced Group Lead, Electrical Systems to lead a team supporting aircraft electrical architecture, EWIS design, and certification activities across multiple aerospace programs. This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with team management in a fast‑paced engineering consulting environment. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of electrical systems engineers across multiple programs Own electrical system architecture, EWIS design, and integration activities (ATA 24 / ATA 97) Oversee power systems design, load analysis, energy storage, and system sizing Ensure compliance with aerospace standards including HIRF, EMI/EMC, and system separation requirements Manage work assignments, schedules, and engineering deliverables Support hiring, performance management, and team development Contribute to certification activities including test planning and documentation Partner with customers and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful program execution What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or related Engineering field 10+ years aerospace electrical systems or EWIS experience 3+ years of engineering leadership experience Strong knowledge of aircraft electrical systems, EWIS, and system integration Experience with CAD/MBSE tools and certification environments (FAA/EASA) Strong leadership and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
