Responsibilities Lead tax advisory initiatives dedicated to innovation. Analyze and resolve complex tax‑related issues. Mentor and guide junior team members. Build and maintain client relationships. Develop a thorough understanding of the business environment. Navigate and manage complex tax scenarios. Promote standardization and efficiency in tax advisory. Uphold professional and technical standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. At least 2 years of relevant experience. Must hold or be able to obtain certification before promotion to Manager (Public Accountant or Member of the Bar). Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese. Preferred / What Sets You Apart Application of complex tax knowledge to U.S. subsidiaries. Skilled technical knowledge of ASC 740. Experience working with OneSource. Participation in client discussions and meetings. Management of engagements and preparation of accurate documents. Creation of a positive team environment. Provision of candid and timely feedback. Innovation through new technologies. Handling large, complex data sets. The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $214,000. Compensation is dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
