As an Account Manager II within PNC, you will be based within the posted locations. Periodic Responsibilities May Include, but Are Not Limited To:

• Preparing, reviewing, and managing client invoices to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Participating in contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments to support business objectives and client satisfaction.
• Conducting regular client meetings to discuss project status, address concerns, and strengthen relationships.
• Overseeing project management activities, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and milestone tracking.
• Identifying and resolving operational, client, and project-related issues through effective problem-solving and decision-making.
• Developing and delivering reports on project performance, financial metrics, client activity, and key business outcomes.
• Facilitating conflict resolution among clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain productive working relationships.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and achievement of organizational goals.
• Monitoring project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on deliverables and timelines.
• Maintaining accurate documentation related to contracts, project activities, client communications, and financial transactions.
