Location: Seven Hills, OH REMOTE Duration: 5 months (Possibility of extension)

Skills: Contract for now, but continuously evaluated based on business need and performance

Additional Details: Internet plan with Download speed: 25 MB/sec Internet Upload speed: 8 MB/sec Must be able to have client's computer plug directly into the router within their home. Must not work over WIFI connection in their home regardless of upload or download speed. The position is remote. We prefer they be on Eastern or Central time zone. Equipment will be provided (desktop, monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset, cables) but they may need to use a personal device to attend at the start of training. This will depend on arrival of equipment. Must have high-speed, broadband internet service with the following speeds:

Training Schedule Are you comfortable working without using a VPN and connecting the company-provided computer directly to your home router via an Ethernet cable?

Starting Monday October 12, 2026 Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm ET (assuming a 1-hour, unpaid lunch) 2-week training After Training Standard Hours of Operation: 8:00 am-5:00 pm ET (might be some flexibility on Refund Specialist start and end times, depending on performance) 8.5-hour total shift including a 30-minute, unpaid lunch (8-hour workday) Rep will work their standard schedule Monday through Friday (40-hour workweek)

Pre Screening Questions Have you ever worked in a high-volume, fast-paced claims processing environment before? If yes, please provide some details of your experience (volume and type of claims worked, specific goals, responsibilities for review and documentation, etc.)? What experience do you have working from home? How comfortable are you using the elements of Microsoft Office and using multiple systems at once? Can you give examples from your experience? What do you like/dislike about your current work environment?

Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required. They do not need to be licensed. One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Claims industry experience preferred. Candidates need to be quick decision makers and be able to work in fast paced environment.
