Part-Time Food RunnerRaintree Country Club, located in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Food Runner! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Summary: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our food and beverage team here at Raintree Country Club. As a food runner, you would be responsible for taking plates on a tray from our kitchen to our 3-level dining room. At times, you will be expediting the food from the window as well. There are 2 food runner shifts. The morning shift is 10:30 A.M to 4 P.M. and the evening shift is 4:00 P.M. to 9:30 P.M. If you are punctual and have a positive attitude, we would love for you to apply!Key Responsibilities:Taking correct food to the correct tableAssisting the server with requestsKeeping a clean and organized areaFills and re-fills water glasses and removes any place settings not being usedClears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of courseClears and resets tables when guests leave, to include but not limited to: changes tablecloth, brushes chairs, places chairs at table, replaces silverware and glassware, and replaces napkinsAssists the server when neededKeeps workstations well stocked of items and ingredientsClean workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.Incorporates safe work practices in job performancePerforms other duties as requiredQualifications:Must be able to lift 25lbs to waist heightMust be able to stand for extended periodsMust have reliable transportationAbility to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness and neatnessRegular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidaysBenefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
