Conviva Senior Primary Care is seeking a primary care physician for our clinic in Venice, FL      Total earnings up to $300k+ (inclusive of base salary and quality incentive pay) plus full benefits and sign-on bonus up to 60,000.

Qualifications needed:

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Board certified in geriatric medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine. (We recognize the American Board of Physician Specialties (ABPS) certification)
• Experience in value-based care, adult primary care, geriatric care, or managing chronic health conditions
• Current unrestricted DEA registration (or must obtain)
• Licensed in Florida to practice medicine (or must obtain)
