Job Description Job Description 3PL Warehouse Operations Supervisor TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Operations Supervisor in the Pasadena, TX area. This position is with a high-volume warehouse operation and requires a hands-on leader with strong 3PL warehouse experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, firm but professional, and comfortable leading a fast-paced warehouse team. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to give direct feedback, and the ability to manage daily operations with accuracy and accountability. Offer Starting pay of $30.00 per hour Long-term opportunity with an established warehouse operation!! Schedule Monday through Friday - 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Must be available to work Saturdays as needed Job Duties Oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume 3PL environment Supervise warehouse employees and ensure daily workflow is completed accurately and efficiently Manage export activity, including manual paperwork and documentation Ensure orders, paperwork, and warehouse processes are completed with strong attention to detail Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability to warehouse team members Monitor productivity, accuracy, and safety throughout the shift Operate or oversee forklift activity as needed Maintain a professional, organized, and productive warehouse environment Requirements Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience Must have experience in a 3PL warehouse environment High-volume warehouse experience required Forklift experience required Strong attention to detail, especially with paperwork and documentation Ability to lead employees, give direct feedback, and hold team members accountable Must be self-driven, dependable, professional, and safety-minded Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
