If you're an RN who wants your work to mean something beyond a chart, this is your role. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive, ongoing assessments to understand each patient's evolving needs. Build and adjust personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Keep clinical documentation accurate, timely, and meaningful. Serve as the communication bridge between families, physicians, and community health partners. Educate patients and caregivers so they feel confident and supported. Participate in on‑call rotation per team policy.
