Job Title: SAP Test Manager

Compensation: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00

Contractor Work Model: On Site/Hybrid

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead and manage end-to-end testing efforts for SAP implementations and enhancements. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality system delivery through effective test strategy, planning, execution, and governance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP testing tools and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead SAP testing initiatives to ensure quality and functionality of SAP modules.

• Develop test plans, test cases, and testing scripts based on project requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs and resolve issues.

• Manage testing schedules, resources, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.

• Identify, document, and track defects, facilitating communication between teams for resolution.

• Ensure testing processes adhere to company standards and best practices.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to testing team members.

• Report testing progress and findings to stakeholders and project managers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP testing, preferably in a managerial or lead role.

• Strong understanding of SAP modules, testing tools, and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

• Ability to develop comprehensive test plans and documentation.

• Experience managing multiple testing projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Certifications related to SAP or testing are a plus.
