You’ll bring creative strategy, brand understanding, and excellent visual execution to every project, while collaborating cross-functionally with development, content, and marketing teams.Essential FunctionsWeb Design & UI/UX Execution: Creates compelling, polished, and responsive web designs that translate business goals and brand identity into intuitive user experiences.Create polished, high-fidelity web design mockups that prioritize accessibility and user-friendliness, while applying a strong grasp of visual hierarchy, interaction patterns, and conversion-oriented best practices.Translate brand identity and business goals into compelling, responsive web designsConfidently present and advocate for strategic design decisions with clients, while thoughtfully incorporating their feedback to meet project goals without compromising design integrity or usability.Client Collaboration: This role is client-facing and requires a confident professional who can translate complex design decisions and the creative process into clear, confidence-building conversations. You will be responsible for building trust with clients and strategically incorporating their feedback.Present and clearly explain design decisions to clients in a way that builds trust and excitement for the project.Confidently advocate for strategic design choices while educating clients on the creative process to ensure project goals are met.Thoughtfully incorporate client feedback while maintaining the design's integrity and usability.Internal Projects & Initiatives: This role goes beyond day-to-day project work.
