Now Hiring: Shop Foreman Mt. Morris, MI Full-Time | Monday–Friday Corcoran Fire is seeking a dependable, hands‑on Shop Foreman to oversee daily shop operations at our Mt. Morris facility. This position plays a critical role in keeping our projects running smoothly by managing workflow, inventory, order preparation, and deliveries. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, stay organized under pressure, and take ownership of shop performance. Responsibilities Oversee daily shop operations and personnel Coordinate and prioritize packing and staging of materials for jobs Manage inventory, materials, tools, and equipment through company inventory program Organize and maintain a clean, efficient shop environment Schedule and assist with deliveries to job sites Communicate with project managers and field teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness Enforce safety standards and company procedures Train and support shop staff as needed Qualifications Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Forklift experience (preferred) Valid driver’s license Reliable, detail‑oriented, and proactive What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full‑time, steady work Growth opportunity within a stable and growing company Team‑oriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
