The ideal candidate will have recent Mother Baby/postpartum experience, strong clinical judgment, and excellent patient and family communication skills. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to postpartum mothers and newborns. Perform assessments and monitor maternal and newborn conditions. Provide couplet care and support mother-baby bonding. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols. Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care. Monitor for changes in maternal or newborn condition and respond appropriately. Collaborate with physicians, lactation specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies. Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care.
