Forward Deployed Engineer

Leading product discovery with enterprise clients, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer will design and maintain AI agents and automated workflows, deploying production-quality code while leveraging modern AI-assisted tools to enhance development speed and quality. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain sophisticated AI agents and automated workflows for complex operational tasks Deploy production-quality code and take ownership of solutions from product discovery through deployment and ongoing support Work directly with end-users to translate feedback into platform improvements and partner with the team to turn custom client builds into reusable features Required qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related technical role Proven track record in a client-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Implementation Engineer Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or Java Deep expertise in AI/LLM prompting, structured output techniques, and agentic system design Practical understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements, including SSO, GDPR, SOC 2, and OAuth
