Substance Use Counselor & Care Coordinator
Care New England
The Providence Center is seeking a Substance Use Specialist to coordinate services for consumers and to facilitate treatment within Care New England’s network. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team and the development of individualized care plans. Requirements include an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) in Human Services or related field, 1–3 years in substance use therapy, RI licensure (LCDP/LICSW/LCSW/LMHC/LMHC-A or CADC equivalent), valid driver's license, #J-18808-Ljbffr Care New England
