Requirements for Sr. Specialist, Supply Chain/ Logistics (Automotive)

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Material Flow Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or JIT/JIS Process Management within the automotive industry.

Demonstrated experience developing and implementing JIT/JIS logistics processes supporting automotive manufacturing operations.

Proven success managing complex supplier networks and coordinating inbound material flow from supplier facilities to production lines.

Experience supporting new product launches, production ramp-ups, and SOP (Start of Production) readiness activities.

Experience managing supplier selection, equipment sourcing, implementation planning, and project execution.

Experience conducting process audits and driving corrective actions.

Strong understanding of automotive quality systems, compliance standards, and operational requirements.

Must be US Citizen or Authorized to Work in the United States
