Assistant Store Manager / Key HolderFull-Time | Non-Exempt (Hourly) | $18.00-$22.00/hr Payson, AZArizona's newest premium tobacco destination is hiring leaders.Wild Bill's Tobacco is opening in Payson: four stores this year, 50 planned in five. We need an Assistant Manager who can lead the floor, develop the team, and step up when the Store Manager's out. This isn't a placeholder title; you're the #2 in a brand-new store with a group scaling across Arizona.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead daily operations and provide floor leadership Coach and develop sales associates into top performersOwn scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and cash management Open and close the store (you hold the keys)Step into full leadership when the Store Manager is off-siteDeliver premium customer experiences in tobacco, cigars, and lifestyle productsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR21+ years of age (required)1+ year retail leadership or key holder experienceConfident decision-maker who doesn't wait to be told what to do Strong communicator who can coach without micromanaging Someone who sees this as a stepping stone to Store ManagerWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU$18-$22/hr with a clear advancement pathHealth insurance, dental & vision, paid time off, and 401(k)5 days on, two days off, 40-hour work weeks Grow into Store Manager as we open more AZ locations (every store we open needs new managers, and we promote from within first)Ground-floor team at the brand's first Arizona storePremium product environment: cigars, specialty tobacco, lifestyle goodsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSStand/walk for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbsFlexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWild Bill's Tobacco is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
