Accounting Clerk - Corporate Office - Woodstock, GA Summary The Accounting Clerk performs both accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable, purchase order and inventory transactions. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities review and verify invoices sort, code and match invoices enter and upload invoices into system reconcile accounts payable transactions monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date provide supporting documentation for audits miscellaneous accounting projects Education and Experience knowledge of accounts payable proficient in data entry 3 years of accounts payable experience preferred Proven Accounts Payable experience Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records Data entry skills Hands‑on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software Proficiency in English and in MS Office Customer service orientation High degree of accuracy and attention to detail High School diploma or equivalent Key Competencies organizing and prioritizing attention to detail and accuracy confidentiality communication skills information management skills teamwork ability to meet deadlines Pay Pay is competitive and based on Experience.
