Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) specialty nurse is needed at a healthcare facility in Baltimore, MD. This position involves providing acute emergency care in a busy adult emergency department, with a focus on trauma and life-saving interventions. The role offers an opportunity to work nights, delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 10/12/2026 and ending 01/09/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN); at least two years of ER level II trauma experience; previous employment with any Johns Hopkins health system facilities must be noted on the coversheet and verified in the work history.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in comparable high-volume emergency care settings; strong trauma assessment skills.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be able to handle various emergency scenarios efficiently and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Clinical judgment and swift decision-making are key.
