Title Oak Street Health New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Location Gastonia, NC – 1860 W Franklin Blvd, Gastonia, NC 28052 Fellowship Program Description Oak Street Health’s NP Fellowship in Adult Primary Care is a 12‑month paid program in collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing. Fellows spend the first year building their own patient panels, learning from multiple preceptors, and engaging in didactic content that builds on graduate training. All fellows commit to working at Oak Street for at least one year after program completion and may continue their careers within the organization.
