Material Handler I

Material Handler IJoin our talented team of logistics professionalsLeitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Material Handler I to receive, unpack, and examine goods received and verify completeness of shipments against invoices and other records. This role will prepare products for shipment, count and compare quantity and identification numbers of units against the order and utilize power tools and large machinery such as forklifts or cranes. Transfer orders, confirmations, and inventory management will all be generated & maintained in SAP consisted with standard operating procedures.What You'll Be DoingThe Material Handler is responsible for preparing inventory & staging parts for multiple shops. This role plays a critical part in ensuring these teams have a readily available inventory that is easily accessible for our daytime, nighttime, and weekend shifts. As part of these responsibilities, this position will also review and mark the appropriate part numbers on inventory to properly document & track parts usage and need.This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $17.50-$22.50 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.This position will accept applications until September 10th, 2026, at which time the posting will close, and the final applicant pool will be evaluated.
