Role As a part-time Windsor Manager in Training, you are working to become part of our future leadership team. You act as an Assistant Manager while taking the necessary courses and gaining hands-on experience to progress to a keyed position. You support the team in driving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. You coach and motivate a high-performing team of fashion-loving Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
