Job Type: Full-time | Part-time (20-40 hrs/week)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible 4-hour & 8-hour shifts

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at Insight Global, you’ll:

• Implement customized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in children.

• Work 1-on-1 with pediatric patients in home settings.

• Collaborate with caregivers, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

• Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapy License (NCPTA).

• Ability to relocate to Concord County, NC (before starting). Preferred (But Not Required):

• 1+ years of pediatric or home health experience.

• Familiarity with outpatient & early intervention therapies.

Compensation: $85,000-92,000/year. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
