PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Hospitality & Customer Service Assist in serving customers coffee and meals with professionalism and warmth Support food and beverage preparation and presentation Ensure high standards of customer and employee satisfaction Event Planning & Execution Assist with planning, organizing, and executing company events Coordinate vendors, venues, materials, and logistics Manage event timelines and on-site support Assist with event setup and breakdown Travel & Administrative Support Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation) Prepare travel itineraries and supporting documentation Assist with expense tracking and reporting Update information (new customers, new contacts, leads, etc.) into CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) and into ERP System Trade Show Support Support trade show planning and logistics Coordinate trade show booth materials and shipping, Content Creation Support Help capture photos and videos during events and daily operations Assist with creating social media and promotional content ADDITIONAL SKILLS Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent grammar and language skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities QUALIFICATIONS Familiarity with social media platforms High attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple applications Hose Master is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
