Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Fond du Lac, WI. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing information on insurance products, policy details, billing, and claims processes. Daily tasks include assisting with quotes, processing policy changes, updating customer records, and scheduling appointments for the agent. The role involves resolving issues promptly, following up to ensure satisfaction, and delivering a positive, professional customer experience in every interaction. The representative will collaborate with the agent and team members to support sales activities, maintain office workflows, and uphold State Farm service standards. Qualifications Strong customer interaction skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives experience. Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and high Customer Satisfaction in a fast-paced office setting. Clear verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities. Comfort working with computers and office systems; ability to learn insurance-related software and tools. High level of reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism when handling customer information. Ability to work on-site full-time in Fond du Lac, WI and collaborate effectively with a small team. Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
