Senior Systems Engineer, Mission Autonomy, Active Clearance

As a Senior Systems Engineer on the Mission Autonomy team, you'll work on autonomous airpower systems designed for real-world deployment. This is early-career work with genuine technical responsibility.

Your job: support the development and deployment of cutting-edge autonomous systems by creating model-based systems engineering artifacts. You'll work across modeling, simulation, product engineering, and business development teams. This means translating complex requirements into systems that guide how autonomous aircraft operate in demanding environments. You'll use AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology as core tools.

This fits you if you have a background in systems engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering, or software engineering. You'll need to pass an active security clearance. Experience with modeling tools, systems thinking, or defense technology is valuable but not required. Portfolio work showing complex problem-solving helps.
