Core Responsibilities

• Construction & Carpentry: Build and repair framing, hang drywall, install cabinets, and execute finish carpentry such as molding, doors, and trim. 
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine service calls, identify system issues, and execute preventative maintenance across residential or commercial properties. 
• Painting & Finishing: Prep surfaces, patch holes, apply primers and coatings, and complete finish caulking. 
• Plumbing & Electrical: Install fixtures (toilets, sinks, lighting), bend conduit, pull wire, and fix or replace faulty hardware safely.
• Site Management: Clean job sites, ensure compliance with OSHA and local building codes, and safely transport and store materials and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Cross-Disciplinary Experience: Broad, hands-on understanding of multiple trades (e.g., HVAC, masonry, roofing). 
• Physical Stamina: The ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), stand, kneel, and work in varying weather or environmental conditions. 
• Reading Blueprints: Capacity to interpret schematic drawings, blueprints, and scopes of work to execute projects accurately.
• Interpersonal & Customer Service Skills: Strong communication skills when interfacing with homeowners, property managers, or corporate tenants.
• Licensure: Typically requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and completion of relevant trade apprenticeships or certifications.
