The successful candidate will provide strategic and scalable legal guidance across the product portfolio, with a focus on AI-powered health insights and medical devices. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with complex regulatory requirements, particularly those set by the Food and Drug Administration. The Deputy General Counsel will also be responsible for shaping product features, supporting AI development, and addressing emerging legal needs as the company expands. Applicants must have a strong background in AI and at least 15 years of legal experience in healthcare, digital health, or health technology, with a proven track record in product counseling and regulatory compliance. Experience with FDA-regulated software, digital health products, and a deep understanding of AI and machine learning governance frameworks are essential. The role requires a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, an active state bar license, and a growth-minded approach to adapting to evolving regulatory environments.
