Administrative Assistant II

Summary:

Provide administrative and clerical support for the school front office and administrative staff. This position will support various main office functions including: preparing correspondence answering phones monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies maintaining calendars and various other assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of bookkeeping process and financial management and its related software
• Computer skills proficient with MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint and Access)
• Attendance record keeping
• Accounting/budget experience is preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to implement standard office procedures/practices and able to operate office equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous successful experience in an office environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively interact with the business industry and staff members
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

EVALUATION :

Performance on this job will be evaluated in accordance with school board policy and administrative regulations on evaluation of personnel.

SALARY :

The salary is based on the 2026-2027 pay scales $19.57 to $30.14 an hour depending on experience.
