Required Experience: Required Experience 1 Required Experience 2 Required Experience 3 Required Education: Required Experience 1 Required Education: Required Experience 1 graduate of AMA accredited PA program Current Illinois PA license Position Description: Conduct thorough histories and physical exams, assist in diagnosis and management of orthopedic conditions. First-assist in surgical procedures across subspecialties such as spine, sports medicine, trauma, or joint reconstruction. Initiate and monitor treatment plans, interpret diagnostics, and coordinate follow-up care. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, post-op recovery, and preventative strategies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehab specialists, and other care team members. Document all clinical interactions in accordance with EMR guidelines and complianceprotocols. Knowledge & Skills: Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Current state license (or eligibility) and NCCPA certification. Prior orthopedic or surgical experience preferred but not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on patient-centered care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Grncoppell
