Responsibilities

Evaluate the specific insurance needs of new and existing clients to provide accurate recommendations.

Prepare and present clear, competitive quotes that address potential risks.

Manage and maintain a clean pipeline of prospective clients while nurturing current relationships.

Coordinate with underwriters to ensure accurate policy issuance and modification.

Communicate complex insurance concepts in plain language to ensure clients feel confident in their coverage.

Participate in local community events to increase our agency's visibility and build trust in the Columbia area.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management.

Strong proficiency in navigating policy management systems and Microsoft Office suite.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven track record of managing a high volume of client inquiries.

Familiarity with local Maryland insurance regulations and market conditions.
