What You'll Need:

• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with valid licensure
• Proven clinical experience in critical care or intensive care settings
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a NICU or neonatal critical care environment
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years experience in critical care or ICU settings
• Current state license in good standing

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work a 24/7/365 schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to travel for select assignments as needed
• Valid certifications in licensure and specialty areas
• Compliance with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations
