Activity Director
Traditions Management
Activities Director Duties and Responsibilities: • Facilitate group activities • Encourage activity involvement and chart attendance • Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized • Assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities • Assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties • Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care • Compliance with confidentiality, HIPPA and Federal Residents Rights Activities Director Qualifications and Skills: • High School diploma or equivalent Activities Director Benefits: • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Retirement Plan • Paid time off Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations • Valid State Issued Driver's License and must be 21 years of age.
