Behavioral Health Case Management Team Lead

Community Health Choice, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Case Management Team Lead to oversee a team of coordinators and case managers. You will coordinate daily operations, manage workload distribution, and collaborate with utilization management, member services, and quality improvement to ensure high-quality care for CHC members. The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, valid licensure (LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT), 4+ years BH case management experience including MCO exposure, #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Health Choice, Inc.
