Job Description: Provide services to individuals with substance abuse, ISP requirements, or intellectual and/or developmental disabilities Observation and documentation of self-administration of medication, as necessary Complete medication counts Assist with meal preparation Maintains a clean, healthy, and safe environment Treat each individual with respect, dignity and listening in a professional manner Facilitate groups to address treatment plan Complete clear and legible group and shift notes to reflect individual’s progress/regress in reaching treatment plans and goals Ensure individuals attend doctor's appointments as assigned by Lead House Parent - transporting individuals as necessary Document all concerns and upload all discharge paperwork Participate in monthly staff meetings Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Job Requirements: Valid Drivers License Experience working with the individuals with Substance Abuse diagnoses and/or Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (Preferred) Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record Drug Screen Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years Current Auto Insurance High school or equivalent (Required) Benefits: Optional medical, dental, AD&D, and Long Term Disability insurance. 401k eligibility after 1 year of full-time employment.
