What You'll Do

As a Dispatcher , you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive timely, professional service and that our field teams operate efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and dispatching HVAC and Plumbing Service Technicians
• Reviewing and optimizing daily service routes
• Answering incoming customer calls and providing exceptional service
• Accurately entering and maintaining service ticket information
• Coordinating technician schedules and workload management
• Creating dispatch numbers for parts orders and service work
• Tracking and following up on parts orders
• Scheduling return visits and installation appointments
• Communicating effectively with customers, technicians, and internal departments
• Helping maintain a smooth and efficient operation throughout the day

• Minimum of 2 years of office or customer service experience
• Dispatching experience preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and proactively solve problems
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to learn dispatching, scheduling, and customer management software
