Job Description Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels. Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to customers. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Monitor and manage customer accounts, including invoicing and payments. Provide updates on order status and product availability to customers. Identify and escalation any recurring issues to the relevant departments for resolution. Support administrative tasks as required to assist the broader team. The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Service Officer should have: Minimum 2-3 year's experience in a Customer Service, Order Management, or Customer Operations role Proven experience managing orders end-to-end. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain experience will be highly regarded. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer needs. Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
